Goals for the week

Thoughts

This was a good week and a terrible weekend. I woke up before my long run with food poisoning. Not pleasant.

That’s the first blotch in my block. The first run I’ve missed. It’s an annoyance and a relief.

This week I’ll need to make sure I fully recover from illness, get back my strength, and make the most of the next 7 weeks.
